Abstract: Enterprise data architecture has become a fundamental component of modern organizations that manage vast volumes of structured and unstructured data across distributed information systems. As enterprises continue to expand their digital ecosystems, the need for scalable, consistent, and high-performance data models has intensified. This research examines the leadership role of dimensional modeling in designing enterprise data architectures for large-scale information sys-tems, emphasizing its contribution to data integration, analytical processing, business intelligence, and strategic decision-making. The study explores how dimensional modeling simplifies complex data structures through fact and dimension tables, enabling efficient query performance, improved data consistency, and enhanced reporting capabilities. It further investigates the integration of dimensional models with enterprise data warehouses, cloud-based platforms, big data technolo-gies, and real-time analytics environments to support organizational agility and data-driven inno-vation. The research highlights best practices for implementing dimensional modeling frame-works, including governance, metadata management, scalability, security, and interoperability across heterogeneous enterprise systems. Additionally, the paper discusses the challenges associ-ated with maintaining data quality, managing evolving business requirements, and ensuring archi-tectural flexibility in dynamic enterprise environments. By synthesizing contemporary data archi-tecture principles and dimensional modeling strategies, this study demonstrates that effective dimensional modeling leadership significantly improves enterprise information management, operational efficiency, analytical accuracy, and long-term business intelligence capabilities, providing organizations with a robust foundation for scalable digital transformation and sustaina-ble competitive advantage.
